The materials story

A new chapter in the evolution of flexible heat

The supplied “New Materials, New Life” presentation positions the CNT and graphene composite as the sixth step in the evolution from line heating toward thin, broad and textile-compatible surface heating.

01

Alloy wire

Low-cost line heating, but limited surface coverage and uniformity.

02

Carbon fibre

Improved chemical stability while retaining a line-based structure.

03

Carbon ink

Broader surface heating on PET or PI with added binder and substrate constraints.

04

Graphene sheet

Strong thermal potential, typically supported by a comparatively rigid film.

05

CNT film

A self-supporting carbon network that enables softer, thinner constructions.

06

CNT + graphene composite

A roll-to-roll textile-compatible platform combining conductive structure and broad heated coverage.

How we think

Principles behind the brand

Our positioning is premium because the work is rigorous—materials, product experience, evidence and execution must reinforce one another.

01

Materials first

We begin with the behaviour of the heating material, then design the module, controller and finished product around it.

02

Evidence over adjectives

Performance claims should be tied to a defined sample, method, configuration and document trail.

03

Premium by integration

The technology should improve the product without compromising hand feel, appearance or user experience.

04

Built for partnership

Global market operations and core technology work as one team around the customer's product outcome.

Global market focus

Built for brands entering the next generation of heated products.
